More than a century ago the Founder of The

Salvation
Army, General William Booth, spoke
with
his son about the poverty, hunger and
hopelessness
that plagued London in the
1800’s. There were people living on the
streets,
children starving and souls needing
salvation. His son wondered how he could
possibly
help. The general offered him a
simple
solution: “Do Something.”
